We provide dispatch services to resort hotels, ryokans (traditional Japanese inns), golf courses, campsites, and more throughout Japan. Our dispatches are available year-round, but we particularly attract a large number of applicants, mainly university students, for short-term periods ranging from a few days to one month during the year-end and New Year holidays, spring, Golden Week, and summer.
When people think of resort work, they often picture young individuals in their 20s or college students. However, at our company, we actively introduce and support individuals in their 40s and 50s, who continue to play an active role in various locations nationwide.
One of our unique features is that we also offer rare dispatch opportunities to condominiums (vacation homes), passenger ships bound for remote islands, sake breweries, circus venues, and more.
Many of our staff members who have worked with us have shared their experiences, expressing that they had the opportunity to engage in experiences they wouldn’t typically have had. We offer job opportunities that are not commonly found with other companies.
We also focus on dispatching foreign nationals and have successfully dispatched individuals of various nationalities, including from Asia. We even assist in visa renewal applications for those who meet certain requirements. (We have successfully assisted visa approval for over a dozen foreign nationals.)

The conditions for each job include benefits such as “free accommodation and meals” as well as “reimbursement of transportation expenses within the set limits.” Thus, these positions are highly recommended for staff members who want to earn a good income and save money.
